At the counter
A bill in the time it takes to find the strip.
Type three letters or scan the barcode. Curavo shows every batch on the shelf with its own expiry and price, earliest expiry first, so you sell the box in your hand at the price printed on it.
- Sell by the strip or by the tablet. Stock is counted in tablets, so loose sales never go wrong.
- Batches expiring within 30 days are kept off the bill automatically.
- Keyboard first: F2 search, Enter add, F10 complete.
- Cash, UPI or credit (udhaar), with the patient's last visits on screen.
- Thermal receipt or A4 tax invoice, with your logo and signature.

Every line carries what a pharmacy invoice needs. The GST summary splits tax by rate, ready for your returns.

Stock and expiry

Distributor invoices are entered the way they are printed: rate, trade discount, then GST. Schemes are counted in strips, so a "5+1" lowers the cost of every strip in the delivery.
- Expiry alerts at 30 and 60 days, with the GST you would lose on a return.
- Return to supplier in one step; the credit comes off what you owe them.
- Supplier dues with reminders before the due date.

What shop owners ask us
Does Curavo need internet to bill?
No. Billing, stock, patients and reports all run on your shop's PC. The internet is only used for the daily cloud backup, updates and renewing your subscription, and Curavo simply tries again later if the line is down.
Where is my data kept? Who can see it?
On your shop's PC. Once a day a backup is locked (encrypted) on your PC and sent to our cloud server. The server cannot open it. You can, and ARZ Solutions can, so we can restore your shop if the PC is lost or damaged. Details are in our privacy policy.
What happens when the free month or subscription ends?
Billing never stops, so patients are always served. 15 days after the free month or a paid plan ends, reports, exports and backup downloads pause until you pay or renew. Your data stays on your PC either way.
We use Marg now. Can we switch?
Yes. We will help you set up your medicine list and opening stock, and you can run both side by side during your free month.
What computer do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 PC. A thermal receipt printer and a barcode scanner are optional; Curavo also prints on any A4 printer.
Can I use it on more than one PC, or from my phone?
Curavo runs on one PC per shop today. An owner app for Android, to see sales and stock from your phone, is being built.
How do I pay?
By UPI. Our team calls you before your free month ends; once you have paid, your subscription reaches your shop PC by itself. Nothing to copy or type. Prices include 18% GST.
