Refunds and cancellations

Every new pharmacy's first month of Curavo is free, with all features, so you can decide before paying anything.

Cancelling

There is nothing to cancel: Curavo is not renewed automatically unless you set up AutoPay. If you don't renew, your subscription simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. Billing keeps working after that; see the terms of service.

Refunds

Within 7 days of a payment: if Curavo is not working for you, ask us and we refund the full amount.
After 7 days: payments are not refunded for the rest of the current period.
Paid twice by mistake: we refund the extra payment in full.

Refunds go back to the account you paid from within 7 working days of approval.
